I founded Eagle Trading Ventures after a 25-year career in law enforcement and military service to merge faith, strategy, and leadership. Whether its through navigating financial markets, union negotiations, or strategic planning, I believe in empowering others to lead wisely – across cultures, classrooms, and boardrooms. I also wanted to take control of my time, legacy, and influence. What began as a journey into Forex and commodities trading evolved into something much deeper — a calling to help people navigate complexity, negotiate wisely, and build bridges across cultures, workplaces, and nations.

I firmly believe that wisdom, discipline, and faith can—and should—work together. With a background in economics, public administration, and strategic leadership, I bring real-world insight to modern challenges in labor relations, organizational dynamics, and global cooperation.
